Welcome to the HWH-MB: Healing the Warrior Heart Men's Bridgehouse: A Space for Transformation, Healing, and Next Culture Evolution in Odense, Denmark.
“Healing the Warrior Heart” is a men's only Bridgehouse running from November 10th to November 23rd, 2025 (2 weeks in total). The minimum length of stay is 1 week.
It is a safe and powerful space contexted in Radical Responsibility where men can explore and heal the wounds that prevent them from loving fully and taking a clear stand for what they truly want to create.
Every man in the bridgehouse is responsible for co-creating the space, making proposals, documenting and sharing his research, and contributing to the ultimate goal of the Bridgehouse: developing and distilling tools that can help men fully heal from the deep wounds incurred by growing up in Patriarchy.
Why Healing the Warrior Heart?
Patriarchal conditioning teaches men to suppress their pain and emotions, leaving soul-searing wounds that disconnect them from their heart, their purpose and their tribe.
Moreover, Patriarchy is destroying the Earth and to birth a new Archan culture, that implicitly honors Gaia as the source of all life, society needs initiated warriors (men & women) whose hearts can bring clarity, love and healing to the world.
Embracing the depth of these wounds, and being held by other men through the pain, will allow the wounds to fully heal and reveal what we can do and be together...

Report: Men's Bridgehouse 2024
In June 2024, Aon was part of the "Mens Heart Bridgehouse" in Steinhagen, Germany. He created this video about the experience that inspired the 2025 HWH Men's Bridgehouse.
The 2025 HWH Men's bridgehouse takes place in Avalonhuset (The House of Avalon) in Denmark. In the Arthurian legends, Avalon was the priestess isle, guarding the mysteries, where warriors went to be healed. The power of Avalon will work in concert with powerful distinctions from Possibility Management to open new doors of deep healing.

The HWH-MB is dedicated to deep healing and developing Arcan life-skills and spaceholder skills, empowering men to become catalysts for regenerative human cultures.
Through immersive experiences and creative collaborations, we will create spaces where:
Participants clarify, amplify, and launch their unique Nonmaterial Value service to the Village.
Individuals empower each other to become Spaceholders for future Bridgehouses.
The collective explores and distills methods to get to the bottom of our wounding and support each other in the process.
High-level fun and deep exploration go hand-in-hand in the process of personal and collective transformation.
What Happens in a Bridgehouse?
Living in a Bridgehouse means being part of a temporary community of pioneers stepping beyond survival strategies into a space of co-creation, deep learning, and discovery.
Each day and each week will have a rythm of spaces to explore your inner world, and in parallel with this, you will attend to your outside obligations (having clients, dealing with your business etc.)
Through Process after Process, discovery after discovery, Bridgehouse residents help each other release outdated Assumptions, Expectations, Conclusions, and Projections. Together, we forge new pathways into next culture—Archiarchy, the naturally emerging culture beyond Matriarchy and Patriarchy.
A Research Center for a Gaian Culture
The Bridgehouse is not just a community—it is an experiential research center dedicated to pioneering new ways of living, learning, and creating. It serves as a hub for exploring collaborative, regenerative, and transformational ways of being, and its findings are shared with Bridgehouses around the world.
In addition to drawing upon the rich resources from Radical Responsibility and Possibility Management, the bridgehouse will also be imbued with the energy coming from over 30 years of Aon's research that has birthed the Oberion Temple of Creation, the Ring of Life Gaiaversity and is in a process of distilling a new context ("Authentic Joy") which merges PM distinctions with key esoteric understanding.
During the bridgehouse, Aon will hold space for some of the practices that have grown out of this work, just as all the other men are invited to contribute with their lineages, wisdom and practices.
The first week: Setting the Context
The bridge-house is contexted in Radical Responsibility and builds on the distinctions of Possibility Management (PM). Part of the purpose is to bring this practice to Denmark and to kick-start a PM community of practice here.
Therefore the bridgehouse is open to participants without prior PM training, provided they participate in the first week where we will establish the PM context.
Anyone who has NOT done the Expand the Box training (ETB), which is the foundation of PM, will pay a training fee of €250-500 (sliding scale) for this, in addition to food and accomodation. Note: This introduction to PM is NOT a replacement of the ETB. Participants who have already done the ETB can participate in week one without any training fee.
Tuesday-Friday (4 days) of the first week, will therefore be a structured training space, facilitated by Aon Solarra and Guido Walter.
Experienced possibilitators, who have done the ETB, possibility labs and rageclub spaceholder training or similar will have the opportunity to practice their spaceholding skills by joining the spaceholding team for week one (Aon & Guido).
Weeks 2-5 will be like a regular bridgehouse.
Conditions of participation in the bridge-house
The bridge-house is a space of discovery and invention. Conditions are:
You have participated in at least one Expand the Box or Authentic Joy initiation training - or you will join week #1 for a training fee.
You have read the bridgehouse site: bridgehouse.archiarchy.com
You have watched the Bridgehouse worktalk by Clinton Callahan
You bring your personal field of research and creation to the bridge-house, document it and share it.
The practical stuff
The Bridgehouse takes place in Gaiaville / Avalonhuset. We have 900 m2 venue facilities with 15 rooms and 30 beds divided in a main facility (with 8 rooms) and two smaller independent appartments with 7 rooms total.
Participants pay 18-30€ per day (sliding scale, decided by you) to for accommodation and use of facilities (settled at the end of the stay).
The bridge-house is drug-free, pet-free and alcohol-free.
The minimum length of stay is 1 week.
The villagers self-organize food and share food costs (settled each week). Food is mainly organic and vegetarian.
Maintaining the House of Avalon and the surrounding grounds is part of our responsibilities. It is suggested to spend a few hours a week on this.
The villagers will have access to the the House of Avalon for making live training spaces on a shared income basis (no income, no cost).
The Venue: Avalonhuset
The venue (Avalonhuset) is located in Odense, Denmark. The name comes from the legendary priestess isle called "Avalon" where warriors went to be healed in Arthurian legends. "Avalonhuset" means "The House of Avalon".
At the the 40.000 sqm grounds surrounding Avalon you will find a number of landscape temples, among them:
Avalon Stone Henge, which is the biggest stone circle built in scandinavia in the last one thousand years (to our knowledge).
Merlin's Gate, or the sword in the stone, which is a site for king/warrior initiations.
The path of loneliness, which is a long spiral walk in the garden leading to the center of all things.
