A Living Laboratory of Regenerative Cultures
Gaiaville – A visionary community project in Odense, Denmark
Gaiaville is a pioneering project on the outskirts of Odense, Denmark. Gaiaville is centered around a artistic and spiritual vision to create a prototype of something new - a Gaian Village.
The project is envisioned as a residential community of 30 homes, housing around 100 people, with extensive shared facilities designed to foster collaboration, education, and cultural expression. With the essential permissions already secured, Gaiaville is now in the planning phase with the municipality, laying the groundwork for a self-sustaining, high-vibration living environment.
Gaiaville is more than a place to live—it is a portal into a new reality, embodying the core principles that will allow humanity to transition from fragmented, materialistic individualism to deeply connected, regenerative living.
Since 2005, this location has served as a setting for spiritual research into a new culture. The vision of creating a portal to a greater reality has, among other things, given birth to a series of power spots: the Avalon Stone Circle, the Path of Solitude (spiral walk), and Merlin's Gate (the sword in the stone). These power spots anchor the spiritual vision and power within the landscape.
Gaiaville has now entered a new phase where we host bridgehouses, which actively develop the life skills necessary for living in a regenerative community.
Gaiaville is designed to offer a harmonious blend of private, shared, and communal spaces, ensuring that residents experience both autonomy and deep connection. When fully developed the community will consists of:
24 single or double houses – Providing private living spaces for couples and families.
6 apartments – Designed for those seeking a smaller space with communal living possibilities.
6 studios (rooms with shared kitchen) – Offering affordable and flexible housing options for singles.
Common Facilities (2000 m²) – The heart of Gaiaville, offering a wide range of shared spaces to foster creativity, learning, and community life.
Note: The House of Avalon
Key Shared Spaces Include:
A 200m² course and retreat venue with old wooden beams, a stage, and a TV studio, designed for workshops, retreats, and media production.
20 guest rooms with 40 beds for visitors, teachers, and retreat participants.
Kitchen and dining space for 100 people, ensuring shared meals and communal gatherings are an integral part of the experience.
A 230m² multi-purpose venue, adaptable for concerts, sports (such as basketball), and children’s activities.
A business hub with 20 workspaces, allowing professionals and entrepreneurs to integrate their work with community living.
Land dedicated to large kitchen gardens, supporting a degree of self-sufficiency and organic food production.
Easy access to jobs, schools, and shopping areas, ensuring integration with the broader society while maintaining a unique identity.
Storage and workspaces, providing infrastructure for creative projects and artisan crafts.
This physical structure is a blueprint for a thriving community, ensuring that all aspects of life—work, creativity, spirituality, and sustainability—are seamlessly integrated.
The Gaiaville Context
A "context" is an "agreement-based framework" for social and creative life, acting as the community’s "software." Experience shows that ambiguity regarding a community’s context, or the "culture" it practices, leads to conflict and stagnation. Therefore, Gaiaville places great emphasis on clarity regarding the principles that underpin the community.
At the same time, these principles should not be seen as rigid rules to be merely followed, but rather as evolving guidelines designed to support a living, responsible, and regenerative culture.
Our context is a non-dogmatic and experience-based framework for human development and spiritual initiation. It integrates elements from ecovillages, Possibility Management, developmental psychology, esotericism, and Nonviolent Communication.
The following pillars have emerged from the process of creating Gaiaville:
Radical Responsibility: Each individual takes responsibility for creating what they desire, as well as for their reactions to the life around them.
Non-hierarchical Structures: We utilize Torus decision-making technology, where everyone can propose ideas. Through resistance-based decision processes, we collectively develop regenerative solutions anchored in the body and emotions.
Bridge-building and Synthesis: Embracing diverse perspectives and life expressions by consciously distinguishing between impulses from our "Upperworld" (being) and "Underworld" (gremlin). This cultivates clarity, cohesion, and the integration of the spiritual and the practical.
Possibilities over Problems: We create creative teams that experiment and discover new ways of doing things, based on what is alive for the individual and useful for the whole.
Spaceholding and Ceremonies: We work consciously with the "spaces" we create and the opportunities different types of spaces provide. We hold space for the healing processes each of us needs to evolve, as well as ceremonial spaces that connect us with higher planes of consciousness.
The realization of Gaiaville has been underway on an energetic level for a long time. Consequently, the following structures already exist:
House of Avalon: A well-established business hosting internal and external events (weddings, courses, and parties), room rentals, and "bridgehouses."
The Oberion Temple: A cosmic temple designed to anchor and integrate higher-dimensional energies, creating a framework for spiritual growth and cosmic service.
The Ring of Life Gaiaversity: An initiation-oriented training community serving as an incubator for transformative education, leadership training, and global cultural evolution.
The vision for Gaiaville is to create a space where entrepreneurs can form teams that strengthen each other's visions and competencies. We aim to foster an ecology of "future-fit" businesses that both generate entirely new offerings and create a solid economy for the individual and the community as a whole.
This vision makes Gaiaville a living example of what future communities can look like—a model for regenerative living, spiritual growth, and deep, meaningful coexistence.

This project is part of the Ring of Life Gaiaversity which is focused on birthing a Gaian Civilization. The Gaiaversity is an Archan Innovation Center (AIC) contexted in AUTHENTIC JOY.
To create something genuinly different from what you have created so far, you need to become a new Self.
The heart of the Gaiaversity trainings are therefore initiatory processes that uncover your unconscious survival strategies, reconnect you to your source and offer opportunities to work in high vibration teams to create something truly different.
