Co-creating a Gaian Constitution
Welcome to the Gaian Constitution process
Throughout history, constitutions have been the primary tool to protect people from the abuse and excesses of the rich and powerful. But today, global corporations and elites operate beyond national borders, shaping laws in their own interest—at the expense of people, nature, and future generations.
The time has come for something greater.
We are envisioning a Gaian Constitution—a new planetary foundation that asserts the self-evident truth that Gaia is a living being, and all legitimate law flows from her essence. It is a vision of reclaiming our power and co-create a world that works for everyone.
This raises a number of questions:

How should the preamble for a Gaian constitution sound?

What is the process towards uniting people in taking back the power from the transnational corporations?

What are the principles of creation that we hold as self-evident?
Some steps involved in reclaiming our power:
1️⃣ Unite – Bringing together communities, organizations, and individuals who long for fundamental change.
2️⃣ Agree – Craft a shared vision that reflect humanity’s highest values and agree on the big things first.
3️⃣Heal – Create a movement for Global Truth and Reconciliation, to transform the pain that is driving the current path of destruction.
4️⃣Mobilize – Withdraw consent from exploitative systems and build communities and islands of creation that recognize Gaian Law.
In the end, when the current system crumbles, and it will, a seed of a new system will be in place.
